More About Black Creek Real Estate

Black Creek was a small farming community for over 150 years before it was developed into the urban district it is today. During the 1960s, this agricultural hamlet was transformed into a typical suburban community with a variety of low to high-density housing.

Black Creek is bordered by Highway 400 to its west, Finch Avenue to the south, and Steeles Avenue to the north. The east side of Black Creek is hugged by Black Creek Parkland, and Jane Street spans through the middle of the neighbourhood.
