Homes for Sale in Forest Hill North, Toronto

Forest Hill North is known for classic suburban mansions, but what sets this neighbourhood apart is that not every home looks the same. Each house you find in Forest Hill North has its own flair, which is heavily due to the original housing bylaws of the 1920s and 1930s. In this time, Forest Hill required that each home be built by an architect and that each house has a tree planted at the front of the property. This may sound strange, but this foresight by original Forest Hill residents has caused this area to be known for its mature trees lining the streets and its beautiful stone and brick mansions.

Aside from luxury homes, you’ll find many newly developed townhomes, apartments, and condos in Forest Hill North. This neighbourhood has a rare mixture of well-kept historic homes and new-age modern ones, so whatever your style is, you’ll see it here. Many of the properties still have shaded front lawns and plenty of space, which is one of the reasons that so many families live in the area. Between the spacious homes, the ample green spaces, and the top-ranked schools, Forest Hill North is an excellent place for children to grow up in.

You can find single-family homes in Forest Hill North for prices ranging anywhere from $1M to $9M, but the majority of homes are closer to $2M. Condos in Forest Hill North can be anywhere from $600,000 to $1M.
