Mission is a district municipality located in the Fraser Valley region of British Columbia, Canada. It is situated on the north bank of the Fraser River and is surrounded by mountains and forests. The district covers an area of 226 square kilometers and has a population of approximately 39,000 people.

Mission is known for its natural beauty and outdoor recreation opportunities. The district is home to several parks, including Rolley Lake Provincial Park and Hayward Lake Reservoir. The area is also popular for hiking, fishing, and boating. Mission is also home to the Westminster Abbey, a Benedictine monastery that was founded in 1939.
